Every time a paddle is sold, $5.00 goes to the buyer’s choice of
Honu Hero (Non-profit).
In order to bid at the September Auction, you must purchase a paddle, which is why we’ve gone to great lengths to create something wonderful.
Your Auction Paddle is a numbered, limited edition collectible. Designed by Karen Kaufman, each are printed on archival fine art canvas, fastened to a 100% recycled backing board and trimmed by hand.
When you purchase your paddle, you will automatically be registered to bid at the Honu World Auction on September 19, 20 & 21, however it does not require you to bid.

In order to bid, you must agree to these conditions:
Bidders must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
If you are the highest bidder and your bid meets any reserve requirements for the auction on September 19 – 21, you are obligated to complete the transaction with It’s a Honu World™ or any of the charities associated with the project. Payment will be due immediately upon the completion of the auction. If applicable, you agree to pay any tax on your purchase, as well as any shipping or delivery charges.
Because the privacy of your personal information is very important to us, It’s a Honu World™ will not disclose to any third party any identifying personal information gathered from you unless (a) you give us specific information to share this information or (b) we are required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process.
Final bidding will take place on September 21, 2008 at a live auction. If you are unable to attend the live auction, we can make arrangements for a representative to be available via telephone.
